Kevin has over 30 years’ experience in operation and maintenance of US Navy nuclear plants, commercial nuclear plants, Department of Energy facilities, and industrial facilities. He has served as a procedure writer, project lead/manager, and procedure supervisor on various procedure-related projects. He is an active member of the Procedure Professionals Association (PPA) steering committee and a PPA instructor for PPA writer and planner certification courses. His primary focus is helping organizations improve performance through the development of human-factored instructions.
